Do I need to buy these separately if I'm getting a website from you?
No. Our Growth website package (£1,199) includes an AI chatbot, and our Pro package (£2,499+) includes both a chatbot and one workflow automation. These standalone services are for businesses that already have a website and want to add AI to it.
What's the difference between AI Chat Assistant and Workflow Automation?
The Chat Assistant is a customer-facing chatbot that lives on your website and talks to visitors 24/7. Workflow Automation connects your back-office tools (CRM, email, invoicing) so data flows between them automatically. One faces your customers, the other runs behind the scenes.
Do I need a new website to use these services?
No. Both the AI Chat Assistant and Workflow Automation work with any existing website, regardless of who built it or what platform it's on.
How long does setup take?
AI Chat Assistant: Starter bots typically live within 5 business days. Growth and Premium setups take 5–7 and 7–10 business days respectively. Workflow Automation: Essentials projects go live in around 5 business days. Growth projects take 7–12 business days. Custom projects are scoped individually.
Will I need to manage the AI myself?
No. Both services include ongoing management. The Chat Assistant monthly fee covers monitoring, retraining, and support. Workflow Automation maintenance covers monitoring, error handling, and updates.
Is this compliant with UK GDPR?
We build all automations with data minimisation and UK GDPR principles in mind — using compliant platforms and routing data appropriately. You remain the data controller; we recommend consulting a GDPR specialist if you have specific compliance requirements.
Can I cancel?
Yes. AI Chat Assistant can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice — no lock-in. Workflow Automation maintenance can also be cancelled with 30 days' notice, though automations may degrade without ongoing monitoring.
