Common questions about website design
How quickly can you build my website?
Starter websites are delivered within 3–5 business days of deposit confirmation and receipt of all required assets. Growth websites are delivered within 7–10 business days. Pro sites take 15–20 business days. Business hours are Monday–Friday, 6am–10pm GMT. The clock starts the next business morning after your deposit is confirmed and all assets are received.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Fill in our brief, provide your logo if you have one, and pay the deposit. We handle the copywriting and image sourcing — you don't need to write anything or provide photos unless you want to. If you don't have a logo or brand guide, we'll work with what you have.
Can I make changes to my site myself after launch?
By default, content edits are handled through your managed service plan. Our Standard (£49/mo) and Premium (£89/mo) plans include up to 30 minutes of content updates per month. If you want to edit text and images yourself, add the CMS Self-Edit add-on for a one-time £200 fee, which includes browser-based editing access and setup guidance.
What is the managed service fee for?
Cloudflare Pages hosting, SSL, uptime management, technical support, and monitoring. Required for all plans — without it, your site goes offline. From £29/month, billed via Stripe from launch.
Can I move my site to another host later?
Yes. Request a full code export for a one-time £149 fee. You get the complete TypeScript codebase and deployment instructions to take to any host or developer.
Do you include SEO in the build?
Yes — all plans include basic on-page SEO: meta titles, meta descriptions, image alt tags, schema markup, and Google Analytics 4 setup. Growth plans include local SEO setup. Pro plans include full SEO setup. We don't guarantee search rankings, but every site we build follows current best practice from day one.
What's the difference between the plans?
Starter (£499): 1 page, 3–5 day delivery. Growth (£1,199): up to 5 pages, AI chatbot included, local SEO, blog, 7–10 day delivery. Pro (£2,499+): up to 20 pages, advanced chatbot, workflow automation, 15–20 day delivery. All plans include mobile design, contact forms, analytics, and post-launch support.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
There is no minimum contract for the build fee — it's a one-time payment. The managed service is month-to-month with 30 days' written notice required to cancel. If you cancel without purchasing the code export (£149), your site will be taken offline at the end of the notice period.
